Omeir Travel Agency has opened another 24/7 Call Centre which will be based in its head office in Al Ain. The call centre (Toll Free: 800 200 200) will assist clients and customers with a variety of services ranging from creating travel itineraries to assisting/managing travel requests and needs in both English and Arabic. Furthermore the Call Centre will be open for visits if any clients/customers wants to book their travel plans face to face; this service will be offered from 8am till 12am.

The official opening ceremony was held on 7th September 2016 in Al Ain which saw attendance of top management officials of Airlines and Travel Industry partners.
