- Reservations are considered as “Confirmed” ONLY after you receive our written confirmation with valid reference number. The same applies to all Amendments and Cancellations.
- Generally all tax are included with our rates except city tax (AED 15.00 approx. per night) in some countries like in Europe, Malaysia, UAE etc. which should be paid directly to hotel. This cannot be prepaid by the agency.

- Standard check-in would be 2.00 p.m. and check out would be 12.00 p.m. (Can vary as per the hotel policy)
