Please be informed that we are not associated with any of these individuals and the information, addresses and contact details that are provided are false and completely fake.

Omeir Travel Agency neither charge or collect fee from applicants for job nor do we have agreements with individuals / third parties who fraudulently state that in order to secure a job with other companies in U.A.E, a fee has to be paid and to contact us for facilitation with travel and visa services.

Job Description
 
  • To identify, develop and grow a portfolio of corporate, government and/or travel agent customers through professional account management & development, identifying customer needs and developing win/win scenarios through effective negotiation skills to avoid revenue dilution 
  • Achieve assigned sales target by identifying and generating new business opportunities. 
  • Monitor, plan and develop new business opportunities by analyzing the customer base, identifying, developing and growing specific channels and targeting specific segments through appropriate incentives and account management. 
  • Liaise with customers to frame Incentive programs and agreements in order to ensure maximization of business partnerships and build strong customer base. 
  • Provide timely product support in terms of support, fares and media, and keep both the agents and the company informed on business progress in order to take timely action steps with regards to job functions. 
  • Liaise with agents for group booking, receive name list from them and feed the fare in the system in order to ensure that the respective agencies can issue bulk tickets. 
  • Prepare different relevant reports for management. 
 
Skills
 
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in airline sales/ticketing field
  • Higher Secondary School; Graduate is preferable
  • IATA basic course is preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of  GDS systems
  • Fluency in English
  • Good communication skills and good attitude
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with clients/Customers
  • Team player and able to work under pressure
  • UAE valid driving license is a must

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
 
  • Receive inquiries from clients by phone, email or in person (including corporate clients and implant offices)
  • Under clients requirement to determine their needs and offer suitable guidance to plan their trips.
  • Work on quotations as per clients request by using online reservations systems or sending requests to suppliers or referring to contracted tariffs. Services requested could be accommodations,  transfers, tours,
  • Flights, insurance and other travel services
  • Processing of bookings upon clients acceptance on offer including conditions and after necessary deposits/payments received from client.
  • Issuing necessary documents upon confirmation of services and handing over to client after detailed explanation of services booked
  • Reconfirm all services with suppliers before clients travel to ensure all services in order.
  • Deal with problems and complaints during clients travel and find a solution to ensure that the client is happy and satisfied.
 
Skills
 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Holidays Consultant
  • Bachelors degree from recognized university
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems
  • Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
  • Good communication skills and good attitude
  • Geography Knowledge
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with clients
  • Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
  • Team player and able to work under pressure
